One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one Sobrief account. Duplicate accounts are closed immediately and any balance held in them is forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support — do not register a new one.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Sobrief is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed and all funds are returned to the deposit source.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on Sobrief come with wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is displayed at the time the offer is made — always check before accepting.

Withdrawals to Your Own Account

Withdrawals on Sobrief can only be sent to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined automatically by the system.

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Sobrief reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified eligibility may be withheld pending review.

Providing false information during registration — including your age, name, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Sobrief account only. If Sobrief detects that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in them will be forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Sobrief account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. If any of your details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sobrief login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Sobrief will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Sobrief support immediately. Sobrief is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Payments

Sobrief does not store your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket PIN. All payment transactions are processed directly through the respective payment provider's secure gateway.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Sobrief are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name are not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳100,000

  • First-time withdrawals may require identity verification before processing

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

5.2 Withdrawal Delays

While Sobrief processes the vast majority of withdrawals within five minutes, delays can occur during periods of high volume, during scheduled maintenance windows, or when a withdrawal triggers a manual review. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Sobrief offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on Sobrief are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited automatically.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Sobrief monitors all bonus activity. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses — including low-risk hedging bets, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on Sobrief. If you accept a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Always complete or forfeit an existing bonus before accepting a new one.

Sobrief reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via their registered email or in-platform notification.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on Sobrief use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a round begins and cannot be influenced by Sobrief, its staff, or any external party after that point. In the event of a technical error during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display malfunction — the round outcome will be determined by the server-side record, not the client-side display. 8. Prohibited Conduct

Sobrief cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

Sobrief provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12. Account Termination

You may close your Sobrief account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds.

Sobrief reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or inactivity. In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, Sobrief may withhold balances pending investigation. Players will be notified of account closure by email where possible.

12.1 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Sobrief will notify you by email before applying an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You can reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in.

13. Changes to These Terms

Sobrief may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Sobrief will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time changes are made.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of Sobrief after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
